The Enoch Wright House was built in 1815 and was designed to house two families, with bricks for the outside and inside walls made on-site. There are two rooms that are accessible from the outside of the house only and are thought to have possibly concealed runaway slaves for the Underground Railway. Tours of the house are available by calling the Peters Creek Historical Society.
